Description

  • Low-Biuret Urea contains 46% Nitrogen in the amide form (NH₂), characterized by its complete solubility in water and low biuret content.
  • Low-Biuret Urea is entirely free from formaldehyde.
  • The low biuret content in Low-Biuret Urea allows it to be used as a foliar spray without causing toxicity symptoms on the leaves, setting it apart from standard urea, which contains a higher biuret content (1-2% biuret).
  • Low-Biuret Urea is primarily used in grape crops for various purposes, including nutrition and cluster thinning.
  • Low-Biuret Urea is also used to enhance vegetative growth in all crops, especially leafy crops.
  • The reduced biuret content permits Low-Biuret Urea to be used for carbohydrate storage in trees, such as Citrus, during the winter, helping prepare the trees for flowering and fruit setting in the upcoming season.
  • Low-Biuret Urea is also applied as a foliar spray on Citrus during the summer to increase fruit size.
  • Mixing Low-Biuret Urea with major and minor nutrients during spraying accelerates the absorption of nutrients.
